Engineering Design
FEED, detailed design, risk assessment, audit and due diligence of oil & gas, slurry, subsea, CSG gathering, non-metallic and gas distribution pipelines, applying requirements of AS 2885, AS 4645, APGA CoP, DNVST-F101 standards.
Slurry Pipelines
Conceptualisation, valuation, design, construction and operation of slurry and water pipelines. Full hydraulic design including dynamic simulation and modelling of piping systems, commissioning and operator training, operational audits, and rheology laboratory services.
Procurement Services
Tendering, technical and commercial bid evaluation, contract management, manufacturing data review, factory inspection, shipment, port handover, and site delivery.

VirtualScout
VirtualScout allows full visualisation of pipeline routing and facilities. It takes geo-referenced imagery and elevation data, renders it in an interactive 3D environment, and then overlays additional 2D GIS data to provide landowners and other project stakeholders a full virtual view of the proposed development.
AIDE
Our Automated Infrastructure Design Engine (AIDE) platform is designed to automate a large portion of the pipelines and gathering network concept and detail design work, historically completed by a design office. OSD Pipelines has invested in programming the AIDE engine to allow engineering rules and parameters to be input giving the design tool its power, thus reducing human effort and errors.
